I have spent more than a year working in a restaurant, and I have seen many different ways that restaurants try to fancy up their dishes. This however takes a bunch of time and is done all by hand. I wanted to find a way to make it easier for the restaurant to make their dishes look nice, and I came up with the idea of making stencils that they can use to quickly add patterns to their dishes. I designed the stencils in Fusion 360 and had them lasercut out of acrylic. The stencils are made of food-safe plastic and are easy to clean. The restaurant has been using them for a while now and they have been very happy with the results. The stencils have helped them save time and have made their dishes look more professional.

This project was a great learning experience for me, as I had to learn how to use Fusion 360 and how to design for lasercutting. I also had to learn about the different materials that are suitable for food contact and how to ensure that the stencils are safe to use. Overall, I am very happy with how the project turned out and I am glad that I was able to help the restaurant improve their dishes.
